Did you know that Walt Disney had a private apartment above the firehouse in Disneyland? As a prize at an Annual Passholder Event in 1995, we won dinner in that apartment which has been preserved since Walt's passing in 1966. Ralph Bakshi's animated films have a devoted following, and for good reason. Bakshi's films were strictly for adults, which sometimes got him in trouble with critics. "American Pop" was one of those films. Here we have a hand-painted trimmed production cel actually used to make the classic animated movie. It has a 5x7 inch cel opening in a 8x10" acid-free mat. The white highlights are reflections and do not appear in the cel. The cel is in very good condition.
