Did you know that Walt Disney had a private apartment above the firehouse in Disneyland? As a prize at an Annual Passholder Event in 1995, we won dinner in that apartment which has been preserved since Walt's passing in 1966. Born in 1925, Ms. Lansbury is famous for movie roles starting with her first in 1945, "Gaslight", for which she was nominated for an Academy Award. Her career has continued through great films like "The Manchurian Candidate" in 1962, up to "Nanny McPhee" in 2005. Of course, most Americans know her best as Jessica Fletcher from TV's "Murder, She Wrote". Disney fans know her as the voice of Mrs. Potts in the 1991 smash hit "Beauty and the Beast" in which she sings the main theme. We purchased this autograph from a well-known dealer in San Francisco in 1992.
