As a prize at an Annual Passholder Event in 1995, we won dinner in that apartment which has been preserved since Walt's passing in 1966. This is a hand-painted limited edition cel that was sold at the Animation Gallery starting in the Disney/MGM Studios Theme Park in 1992 and is often called, "Traveling Mickey." It's a particularly interesting piece of art because it shows five steps in the animation process from a rough pencil drawing, through clean-up, inking, and finally painting. It has a 9x11" cel opening in the original 12x15" mat/folder. This is the matted cel with the original packaging.
