As a prize at an Annual Passholder Event in 1995, we won dinner in that apartment which has been preserved since Walt's passing in 1966. This is a cel from an unknown Hanna-Barbera television series, undoubtedly for Saturday morning children's television. I'd appreciate any information. The cel shows a character that looks like a typical villain from that era piloting some kind of aircraft. The piece measures 9x12" with a supplied background in a 12x16" mat.
