As a prize at an Annual Passholder Event in 1995, we won dinner in that apartment which has been preserved since Walt's passing in 1966. This Pull-String Talking Woody model 62943 is the same basic toy as the original Poseable Woody, but with two improvements over the original. This Woody toy does not have the wires in his arms, so there's no child safety hazard, and he also has an improved speaking mechanism. The talking mechanism itself was made stronger and the ring at the end of the pull-string was made larger to reduce the child safety hazard for choking. Based on the star character of the 1995 Pixar film, "Toy Story", Woody is 16 inches tall and comes with his detachable cowboy hat. Best of all, he looks and sounds just like he did in the movies.
