Did you know that Walt Disney had a private apartment above the firehouse in Disneyland? As a prize at an Annual Passholder Event in 1995, we won dinner in that apartment which has been preserved since Walt's passing in 1966. Again, of course, we see the evil Professor Ratigan from the 1980's feature "The Great Mouse Detective." He had a long career on film, starting in 1938. His first major role was in 1944's "Laura" starring actress Gene Tierney. He appeared in many films over the years. It was in the 1950s when he started to do horror films like "The Fly" and "The Tingler", which were followed by some low-budget films and comedies like "The Abominable Dr. Phibes". Did you know Vincent Price also did some special narration for The Haunted Mansion in Disneyland Paris?
This attractive Disney collectible is made up of a 3x4 inch card autographed by Vincent Price and mounted with a 6x7 inch picture of the character, covered with a sheet of clear mylar for protection and for a nice glossy finish, and mounted in an 11x14" acid-free mat.
