You can place an order for any of the merchandise seen on this website by calling us at 612-408-4057
from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central time with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card.
We will be happy to discuss the details of your order and to safely obtain your credit card information
or to make other arrangements. You can also simply use our Feedback form, and send a message
with your name, address, and phone number and we will call you at whatever time of day you prefer. When providing your credit
card information, please remember to include the billing name and address, the expiration date of the card, and the card
security code.

Shipping Policies
We generally ship by insured US Mail and try to only charge the exact cost of shipping. For customers in the US, we offer three shipping rates: Express Mail (1-2 day delivery), Priority Mail (2-4 day delivery), and Parcel Post (6-8 day delivery). We do ship internationally to countries that the US Postal Service offers insured shipping. We offer international customers two shipping rates: Express Mail Service (5-7 day delivery) and Priority Mail (10-14 day delivery). Import duties are not included. We add a $4.00 handling fee to international orders to cover the costs of dealing with the customs forms and other overhead such orders incur.
The shipping charges on your order will be shown to you during the checkout process once you have entered the shipping address for your order - before you are asked for your credit card information and before your personal information is recorded in our system. So you can find the total cost of your order easily and with your privacy protected.
In the case of oversized merchandise that incurs a surcharge (such as the US Postal Service's "Dimensional Rate"), we reserve the right to use whatever postage or shipping class necessary to keep the actual cost of shipping limited to the amount paid by the customer. In no case will we charge you more than your original order without your prior approval.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, including return shipping, unless due to our error. Import duties are collected by the country of destination and are beyond our control.
Terms and Conditions
Our goal is to please you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund
of the purchase price, less shipping costs, with few restrictions. See details below.
We realize that buying by online is always something of a leap of faith and want to assure you that you can buy from us with confidence. You can return any item you order through our website for any reason within 14 days of reciept as long as it is in the same condition as when you received it, including all packaging. The only exceptions are: items that are damaged in shipping (see below), items that are sold "as is", items otherwise designated as non-returnable; and items purchased through auction sales on eBay® and other online auctions. To return any merchandise, you must:
- Obtain our approval before returning any merchandise by phone or EMail.
- Obtain our approval within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
- Return the merchandise in the same condition as when you received it, including all packaging.
- Return it to us via insured shipping within 7 days of receiving our approval.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer,
including return shipping, unless due to our error. Our liability for items lost or damaged in
shipping is limited to the amount reimbursed by the carrier. We reserve the right to cancel
orders to be shipped to countries where postal insurance is not available, or when we are unable
to verify the billing address used to place an order with a credit card.
In case of loss or damage during shipping, the customer is responsible
for filing claims against the carrier and fully complying with any and all
requirements of the carrier in order to qualify for reimbursement. Customers who do not
make such claims - including, but not limited to, filling out and signing the
carrier's claim form and taking the merchandise and packaging to the
carrier's office in order to file the claim - forfeit all rights to
reimbursement, recovery of damages, or refund of any kind. We maintain complete
records of all sales and shipments to support all claims of loss or damage during
shipping. We make this requirement to protect both ourselves and our customers. In most cases,
we will file the insurance claims and handle reimbursements, and will require only that
you comply with any requests for signing and returning any insurance claim forms. But
since carriers sometimes require that the recipient file the insurance claim, we need to
require your agreement in advance to do so.
Returns made outside of these terms are subject to penalties and
restocking fees which will be determined by us on a case-by-case basis, and
such returns will be accepted only when authorized by us in advance.
Autographed items carry our guarantee of authenticity. We carefully examine each autograph and our professional opinion that an autograph is authentic is based on known exemplars of the signature. If at any time it is proven that an autograph is not as represented, we will offer an immediate refund of the purchase price, which shall be the purchaser's sole remedy of claim.
Shipping charges are additional on all purchases. We ship most
items via insured US Mail. When it is more practical, as with larger and
heavier items, we also ship by United Parcel Service. We can also ship
via Express Mail, UPS, or FedEx at your request. All shipping charges, import
fees, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the
customer. We do not falsify Customs forms to evade import duties by claiming
merchandise shipments are "gifts." We do our best to charge just the true cost of shipping. The
shopping cart software on our website does a very good job of showing the shipping charges for all orders. If
you live outside the United States, you will see the shipping charge once you go through the check-out
process and reach the page where you arrrange to pay for your order and give your final approval. Minnesota
residents are subject to our state sales tax (7% as of August, 2007 and subject to change) on all purchases.
If you place an order by EMail using the method described above or by
using one of our webpages that allow you to enter personal information,
you are doing so entirely at your own risk and you agree to hold
Rainbo Animation Art, its owners, and any representatives harmless for
any loss or damage you may incurr by transmitting such sensitive
information by any means, regardless of any representation of the
safety of doing so made by Rainbo Animation Art, its owners, or any of
its representatives, with the sole exception of the terms in our Credit Card Guarantee
outlined elsewhere on this page.
By placing an order you also agree that the sale will be governed by the
laws and courts of the State of Minnesota and that any claim of damage or liability will be
limited to the price paid for the merchandise. We reserve the right not to honor erroneous
prices or descriptions that appear on this site as the result of typographical errors,
technological problems, or any other cause. All prices are subject to change due to market
values and other issues. We do not offer price protection refunds on prior sales. All
of the terms on this page are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods
We accept several forms of payment, including:
- Order through our website and pay us directly with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
- Order through our website and pay us with PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay with a Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, or American Express. You can even pay by direct withdrawl from your checking account. See

- US Residents can order through our website and send payment by mail by personal check or US Postal Service money order. Foreign orders must be paid
by Credit Card or PayPal.
For faster service, we recommend you use our online shopping cart system with your Visa or Mastercard, or to pay with the online payment service PayPal. Our account with PayPal is registered under "rick@rainbo.net". Please make checks and money orders payable to "Rainbo Animation Art."
We welcome your personal check in any amount as long as it is issued by a US bank and
payable in US Dollars. You may also pay by US Postal Service money order. Foreign buyers must pay by credit card or through

Purchases Through Online Auctions
We sell a wide variety of merchandise on eBay® and other online auctions. The merchandise we sell through online auctions are guaranteed to be substantially as described in our auction listing or you may return it as long as:
- You obtain our approval before returning any merchandise - by phone or EMail.
- You do so within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise.
- You return the merchandise in the same condition as when you received it, including all packaging.
- You return the merchandise using the same postage class and insurance we used to send it to you.
- You return it to us via insured shipping within 7 days of receiving our approval.
- The item was not damaged in shipping.
With the sole exception of the item not being substantially as
described in the auction listing, online auction sales
are all "AS-IS" and final. In all auctions we require that your
payment reach us within 7 days of the auction close, as stated within the
listing as well as within the EMail we send notifying you of the auction results. If
your payment fails to reach us by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the
auction and consider the transaction void without prior notice.

as the seller and you as the buyer a great deal of flexibility and
protection. Under certain conditions we may allow you to pay for auction wins by credit
card through our website. By making your payment through our website, you agree to
grant us the right to assess a processing fee for these transactions.

Our Credit Card Guarantee
We go to great lengths to make sure your credit card information is safe when you shop online with Rainbo Animation Art.
We use the industry standard SSL security system for our online shopping cart software which encrypts your card information before it leaves your computer. We also take several steps to insure that the information is protected once it reaches us. To demonstrate our confidence in this system, we back every purchase made using our online shopping cart system with our Credit Card Guarantee. If, through no fault of your own, unauthorized charges appear on your statement as a direct result of providing your credit card information to Rainbo Animation Art, we will cover the amount for which your credit card issuer holds you liable, up to a maximum of $50.00 USD.
If you suspect a problem, follow the normal reporting procedures required by your credit card provider and also contact us
using our Feedback Form immediately. Most credit card companies cover all charges resulting from unauthorized use, but they may legally hold you liable for as much as $50.00. We will reimburse you for the amount you are held liable for by your credit card provider up to $50.00 if (A) you used a web-browser that fully supports the SSL security system and it was enabled, (B) the card issuer agrees you have fully complied with their terms, and (C) it can reasonably be determined the card information was stolen as a result of your use of our website.
